I’m a licensed psychologist committed to helping individuals develop effective coping strategies to manage difficulties in their lives. I have a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah, an M.A. in Health Psychology Education from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Psychobiology from Hamilton College.
My work focuses on exploring ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that impact how an individual relates to themselves and others. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals and I’m passionate about helping individuals recognize and continue to develop their own inherent strengths.
